At Noble's Restaurant, our main goal is to serve the freshest local, organic produce and the finest quality raw ingredients that we can find to produce what we call "New Southern Cuisine." From baking our own organic breads in house to purchasing regionally grown or produced goods, we take extraordinary care in what we start with in our kitchen. Simple preparations serve the quality of these ingredients best, allowing the inherent flavors of each dish to shine through. By utilizing a true wood-fired oven and grill, we are able to create dishes with a European country influence as well.

I have personally selected an extensive wine list to complement the dining experience here at Noble's. Wine selections are available by the glass and the bottle, in addition to several half bottle selections. Our wines by the glass change frequently to showcase new finds and favorites. Our list has consistently won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence each year since the restaurant's opening in 2000.

The rustically elegant atmosphere of our dining room is reminiscent of an Italian villa, where one might dine al fresco. Both the décor and menu at Noble's is designed to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside to the table. Our open kitchen faces the main dining room where guests can see the hands-on craftsmanship of their meals. Private dining rooms are also available for private functions or large parties.

I’m proud to say that Noble’s is the recipient of the prestigious International Epicurean Association Award, which is shared by a very small and distinguished group of restaurants. A distinction such as this one has placed Noble’s among Charlotte’s most acclaimed dining establishments.
